This week, Leo and I speak with a very interesting guest. Robert Davis is an active duty Air Force Lieutenant Colonel. He primarily shoots International Smallbore Rifle and Air Rifle. However, he also shoots pistol, 3-gun, subgun, tactical matches and pretty much anything that has to do with pulling a trigger. This week I guy one-on-one with Phillip Velayo. He is one-half of Modern Day Sniper. Phillip was a USMC Scout/Sniper and an instructor at the 1st Marine Division schoolhouse (think California).
Even at 2+ hours, we leave a lot of stones unturned. This episode could easily be 4 or 5 two-hour episodes. This is literally old-school and new-school talking about things that have changed and things that will never change. Hope you enjoy this episode as much as I enjoyed recording it.

He grew in in the Soviet Union, was rationed food as a kid, joined the US Army and jumped into Russia years later, became a high-level competitive parachutist and is now a Grand Master in the USPSA shooting production, which is dying out like the Soviet Union.
