Joel and I have a discussion about Mixed Martial Arts the day before the big fight between Israel Adesanya and Alex Pereira. We talk Oliveira v Makhachev and upcoming cards: UFC Fight Night Thompson v Holland with some great names on that card; UFC 282 Prochazka v Texeira 2 (Jan, Paddy and Lawler are on that main card; and, of course, UFC 284 Makhachev v Volkanovski that also has Whittaker v Costa.

This week's guest is the youngest Carry Optics National Champion ever. Initially a 3-gun competitor, Morgan won the Ladies Carry Optics National Championship at the age of 14 after shooting USPSA for a whopping 7 months. This year, she was leading going into the last stage of CO Nationals. I enjoy speaking to young/junior shooters to get an idea of where they are coming from, how they got to where they are now and how they handle the stress of those situations.

Mike is a USPSA shooter in Virginia. He likes to conduct ammo testing which is what piqued my interest. Not only did we talk ammo testing, we talked hot sauce, PRS and High Performance Driving. This conversation was all over the place and very interesting.
